Chinese Auction

Drawings Start at 2:00 p.m.

A fun, family-style event where you purchase tickets,
place them in the cups by the items you'd like to win, then tickets are drawn out at random, and prizes are awarded to the lucky winners!

Admission is $5.00 per person & includes a 26 ticket bidding sheet.
You may purchase additional sheets of tickets up until drawing time.

Luncheon Items, Refreshments & Raffles
are also part of the fun!!!

Coordinators will need help with organizing donations, set-up,
kitchen, handing out prizes, raffles, clean-up, etc.
