Mission Statement
The St. Joseph Home & School Association believes
that Catholic education through St. Joseph School
is a vital, integral, and essential part of
the Parish Community of St. Joseph.
The St. Joseph Home & School Association
is committed to supporting the mission
of the school "To teach as Jesus did".

Our Home & School Association is the official school parent organization designated to support the school as well as provide opportunities for Home and School communication. The role of the Home & School Association within the parish and school is to foster a cooperative partnership between the student, parent, teacher, school administrator, and parish leadership. The contributions of the Association to this partnership are made through the efforts of the parent members in the specific areas of financial, volunteer, and service support of the school. It is the belief of the Association that every parent who has entrusted their children to Catholic education provided at St. Joseph has an obligation to support the school to the extent of their ability and to work within the Parish Community of St. Joseph for the welfare of their children.

The parents of all students attending St. Joseph School are members of the Home & School Association. Many parents are needed throughout the school year to volunteer their time and talents at one or more of SJS Home & School events. Volunteering for these events is a lot of fun and a great way to meet other parents and get to know one another at school while helping the children. If you're thinking about how to become more involved at our school, to better serve our school and if you want to have some fun, we encourage you to consider submitting your nomination to serve on the Home & School Board. Remember, our kids directly benefit from all we do!!!
