Rules For Semi Pulls

1. One driver per truck class.

2. C.D.L. license drivers only.

3. Street legal trucks must be driven into fair, not hauled in on trailers.

4. Must have 5th wheel slid all the way back or stationary center, but not past or behind trunnion.

5. 10-Wheelers only, no added weights. All wheels must be on the ground.

6. No liquid in tires.

7. No modifications of any kind. Must be factory stock..

8. No blocking or chaining of axles.

9. 75' trial and error zone.

10. Boundaries will be plainly marked and trucks must stay within these limits while trial is being made. Failure to do so will nullify the trial.

11. The Committee has the right to inspect engine compartment.

12. The Committee shall have full power to decide all questions arising in connection with the contest subject to the rules and Administrations as provided. In any event not covered by the rules, the Committee shall have full power to decide in a manner that is fairest to the majority.

13. The Committee shall determine the winners and shall award prizes in accordance with the rules.

14. Failure to comply with the directions of the committee shall result in immediate disqualification of the contestant.

15. No unsportsman-like conduct will be tolerated.

16. No riders during pull attempt.

17. St. Joseph Church, Volunteers, and the Diocese of Youngstown will not be responsible for accidents or damage to tractors, drivers, or spectators.

18. Judge reserves the right to deny participation to any vehicle or driver.

STREET TRUCKS
For street trucks we allow after market exhaust, a performance chip, and after market air cleaner. We do not allow after market turbos, injectors, inner coolers, and after market transmissions.

STREET SEMIS
Trucks must be set at factory rpm settings. No chained or otherwise altered suspensions. Trucks must be licensed as well as proof of current insurance. In the event of a protest, drivers will be asked to demonstrate rpm's and offer a fuel sample, also permit an inspection from the officials.

OPEN SEMIS
No rpm restrictions. Trucks may use their own hitch providing it is 40" high and reaches behind the truck frame. A hitch will be provided if needed. All trucks that do not meet stock guidelines may pull in this class. Manual fuel shutoffs are recommended on trucks with altered fuel systems.

NOTE: IT IS NOT RECOMMENDED THAT DRIVERS FOR EITHER CLASS HELP PUT HITCHES ON THEIR OWN TRUCKS.

IN CASE OF SOFT TRACK, PULLING WILL BE CANCELED.
