We have a wonderful parish setting for worship, for parish programs of youth and adult education, and for the enjoyment of our local community with our spacious grounds. There are a number of spaces available when you're planning wedding receptions, showers, birthday parties, graduation parties, professional seminars, family gatherings, engagement parties, funeral luncheons, Christmas parties, retirement parties, and the list goes on.

Hughes Hall, Kitchen, Parish Center, and Pavilion are available to rent pending schedule availability. Our facilities are handicap accessible (except for the school building's second floor). FYI - Hughes Hall is not run by the Knights of Columbus. It is our church hall.
As guests of our facilities, we'd like to invite you to enjoy the space. Specific guidelines are in place for you to observe when reserving and using our space.

To reserve a space, please call our Hall Manager, Debbie Kruis (330-221-0272). At this time, a date will temporarily be reserved with the Parish Office. Date is confirmed when the contract is signed and a refundable security deposit of $150.00 is made (make check out separately from rental fee payable St. Joseph Church). This security deposit will be returned to the renter within two weeks upon inspection and approval of the premises being left in proper order. All fees must be paid by the time of the event. You are welcome to bring in a caterer for your event. Please advise them that they may use our facilities, but leave it in the condition it was found. The Hall Manager is available to meet with renter to view facilities, to open building for set-up and start of event, to be a contact with any problems, questions or concerns, and to secure and inspect facility at end of event.
All St. Joseph spaces are contingent upon the availability of the facilities not conflicting with events associated with St. Joseph Parish. It is asked that courtesy and consideration be observed during Masses times in regard to set-up / take-down, music and any excess noise. Weekend Masses are Saturdays at 5 p.m. and Sundays at 9 a.m. An up-to-date Google calendar for the parish schedule may be found on this website.
